Redrow Homes has reaped a hat-trick of awards for its superb show home gardens across the North West and North Wales.

The five-star developer was amongst the most decorated of the night at the annual New Homes Gardens Awards in London, picking up prizes for its developments in Flintshire and Cheshire.

In an evening of blossoming success, Redrow was first awarded a prestigious Silver Gilt for a show home garden at its exclusive Stretton Green venture, near Chester.

Overlooking the stunning Cheshire countryside towards North Wales, the magnificent Linley House show home garden impressed judges with its superb views and impressive features. The garden itself is accessible through beautiful bi fold doors and features an attractive Indian stone terraced area and a luscious array of flowerbeds.

Meanwhile there was triumph for another two show homes at Redrow’s Heritage Park venture in Penymynydd, Flintshire. With a superb water feature and impressive outside decking, the Balmoral show home picked up a silver award for best show home garden. The Henley show home also picked up a silver award, recognising the garden’s charming vegetable patch and flower beds.

With all three show homes still open to explore, Anita Williams, sales director for Redrow Homes (NW), invited homebuyers to visit the award-winning gardens: “We like to build homes that people can be proud to live in and a stunning garden is very much part of that vision.

“Since the introduction of our New Heritage Collection, we have focused even more on creating attractive gardens to appeal to our core family market. At all of our developments we’ve enlisted the help of landscape designers to showcase the potential of the gardens and give inspiration to our customers.

“These three gardens certainly deserve their accolades and we would encourage any green-fingered homebuyers across the North West and North Wales to come and see what makes them so special.”
