Widnes development enjoys strong sales

With the number of UK first-time buyers at a six-year high, a stunning collection of homes is illustrating a strong demand for premium quality housing in Widnes.

Launched just over 18 months ago, Redrow’s Barrow’s Green venture has experienced a high level of interest from purchasers in recent months, with eight reservations taken at the development in just one month.

There’s approval for a second Mersey crossing, a recently opened £40m Tesco Extra 24-hour store in the town as well as the New Widnes Shopping Park with Marks & Spencer, Boots, Next and a Costa Coffee amongst its stores.

The town has become an increasingly fashionable place for homebuyers in recent years, with another Redrow venture just a few miles away enjoying similar success.
