Home buyers in Stockton can find out everything they want to know about Help to Buy and more by visiting Vivo on the 2nd and 3rd November.

Lovell and sister company, Muse Developments, will be hosting a Help to Buy weekend at the Northshore Road development to help home buyers understand exactly how the scheme works.

Visitors can also take advantage of free, unbiased advice from a mortgage adviser and find out more about the new homes now available at phase two of Vivo.

Anita Onal, Sales Adviser at Vivo, comments: “We’re opening a one-stop shop for advice on Help to Buy and are inviting home buyers to come along and find out more.

“There will be an opportunity to learn how the scheme works, whether they may be eligible and how much they might need to save towards a deposit.

“Home buyers that have visited us are really interested in Help to Buy, but many have questions they would like to ask and more information about how the process works.”

Anita will be joined by financial specialists, Mark Finch and Lindsey Oliver of Goldfinch Financial Services, who will be on hand to offer advice and answer any questions visitors might have.

Mark, Managing Director at Goldfinch Financial Services, comments: “Help to Buy is an excellent opportunity for first-time buyers and existing home owners to either get onto the property ladder or move up it.

“The low deposit required by Help to Buy is proving really attractive for those wanting to buy a first home, as well as those who have been struggling to sell their existing property.

“We are finding that second-time buyers are now able to sell their current home at a reasonable price and afford a deposit on a new home using the scheme because it requires only a 5% deposit.

“Those who have been locked out of the market completely up until now or unable to sell are initially drawn to the low deposit, but Help to Buy also offers the benefit of low interest rates, making it a really affordable way to purchase a new home.

“Whatever type of home buyer you may be, come and visit us at Vivo to find out everything you need to know.”

Lovell and Muse Developments recently launched phase two at Vivo, featuring a collection of two, three and four-bedroom homes.

The new phase features all new house styles, many of which focus on open-plan living, with a number of homes now available to purchase off-plan.

Anita adds: “This is also a great opportunity to get the lowdown on the brand new house styles we are bringing to Vivo, which have already got Stockton’s home buyers talking.

“Visitors can have a look around our stylish show homes, which benefit from high specification finishes, as well as view floorplans and brochures for the modern new homes we are bringing to the development.”

Homes are priced from £132,950.

Visit Vivo’s Help to Buy weekend between 10am and 5pm on the 2nd and 3rd November.
