Why rent when you can buy a new apartment at Lime Tree Gardens

Aspiring homeowners in Nottinghamshire are being offered the chance to swap rented accommodation for their very own dream apartment at Taylor Wimpey’s Lime Tree Gardens development in Mapperley – potentially saving money in the process!

A total of 12 contemporary apartments are available to buy at this in-demand development, meaning purchasers could be settled in by Christmas, and with prices starting from just £119,995 property-seekers have been urged to ditch renting and buy now.

The apartments at Lime Tree Gardens are priced from £119,995 and feature a contemporary open-plan kitchen/living room/dining room with French doors opening onto a Juliet balcony, two bedrooms and a main bathroom off the entrance hallway. There is allocated parking outside and each apartment comes complete with carpets throughout.

All homes at the development are completed to a high standard specification, including energy efficient central heating, double glazing and a fitted kitchen with integrated oven, hob and hood.

The Government’s Help to Buy scheme is available at Lime Tree Gardens, enabling first-time buyers and existing homeowners to secure their new property for 80% of its full price, including a deposit as low as 5%.

Help to Buy involves a Government loan of up to 20% and is available on new-build homes up to the value of £600,000. There is no salary cap for homebuyers taking advantage of the scheme.
