Morris Homes has opened the first show home at its Brookview Place development in Kearsley, inviting buyers to take a glimpse into the various types of properties available at the site.

Morris has worked with interior designers Marren to furnish the four-bedroom detached Malham property at the development on Hulme Road.

The show home has a fresh, neutral theme, with a sophisticated grey decor giving visitors a flavour of how their new home could look. Hints of green add a touch of colour, and compliment the landscaped gardens.

A highly specified kitchen is fully fitted with granite work surfaces and all integrated appliances. The lounge boasts a stunning fire place feature, perfect for the colder winter months.

Chris Minshall, regional sales director at Morris, said: “Our new show home at Brookview Place will help buyers to envisage what their home could look like once they have moved in.

“We’ve worked closely with the team at Marren to ensure buyers are provided with lots of design ideas for how their new home could look. They’ve done a great job in creating complimentary styles that buyers can take inspiration from to help them transform their new home.”

Situated close to the local railway station, Brookview Place offers an ideal location and provides an easy commute into Manchester and Bolton.

Morris currently has a selection of three and four-bedroom properties available to buy at the development. All of the homes are available with the Government’s Help to Buy scheme, which means buyers only need a five per cent deposit to get onto or move up the property ladder in Kearsley.

Homes are on sale from £172,750 or £138,200 with Help to Buy. For more information on the homes and offers available at Brookview Place visit the sales office at Hulme Road, Kearsley, M26, 1EY (open Thursday to Monday 10:30am to 5:30pm), visit morrishomes.co.uk.
