Home-hunters looking to make the switch to an outstanding lifestyle in a sought-after Wiltshire location need look no further than Taylor Wimpey’s stunning new homes collection coming soon at The Willows in Salisbury.

The one, two, three and four-bedroom properties at The Willows will offer a wealth of choice for discerning property-seekers looking for a contemporary home in a tranquil, yet well-connected setting.

Detailed plans and prices for the new homes are being kept under wraps until the development is officially launched later this year, but fast-acting purchasers can be among the first to find out more about the first release of properties by registering their interest today.

Fiona Creed, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We can’t wait to unveil this prestigious new development, which will offer a fantastic opportunity for would-be homebuyers to secure their dream property in an exceptional location that’s perfect for commuters and families alike.

“We expect these high-quality homes to be hugely popular, so I would urge property-seekers to give themselves the best chance of finding their ideal match by registering their interest now.”

The Government-backed Help to Buy shared equity scheme will be available at The Willows, enabling homebuyers to take their pick from a choice of stunning new homes for just 80% of their full price – including a deposit as low as 5%.

Under Help to Buy, the Government provides eligible purchasers with a 20% loan to help them secure new-build homes priced up to £600,000. The initiative is available to both first-time buyers and existing homeowners, and there is no salary cap for customers taking advantage of the scheme.

The Willows is set in an ideal location off Pembroke Road within easy reach of Salisbury’s bustling city centre, where centuries of English heritage are matched by a superb choice of modern amenities.

In the heart of the city, an ancient twice-weekly market sits alongside a wide range of national and independent shops, while traditional pubs, well-respected restaurants and varied entertainment venues provide plenty of opportunities for leisure time.

Parents will appreciate the selection of good schools for children of all ages within easy reach of the development, including Wiltshire’s only two selective grammar schools – South Wilts Grammar School for Girls and Bishop Wordsworth’s School for boys – for those passing the eleven-plus examination.

Transport links are also excellent, with Salisbury railway station providing direct services to London Waterloo, Southampton and Bristol, and the A36 and A338 both nearby for access to the M27, the M3 and the south coast
