A successful launch at Home @ Heartlands
Over 150 people clambered to view Linden Homes’ striking new show home at its Home @ Heartlands development in Redruth during the launch weekend.

The homes will be built with increased levels of insulation and triple glazed windows to ensure heat loss is kept to a minimum. Each home will also be fitted with a high efficiency boiler with pre-heater water supply, photovoltaic panels, plus smart metering and energy display devices so you can keep track of how much energy you’re using. Energy efficient lighting and glazing will improve natural day-light and there is also a natural rainwater collection for garden use.
Designed to reflect the local Cornish heritage and architecture in the county’s historic mining centre, the development will feature a range of one and two bedroom apartments, plus two three and four bedroom homes for sale from £119,950 or £95,960 with Help to Buy.
Help to Buy is a Government backed scheme available to existing homeowners and first time buyers. It enables you to purchase a new home for up to £600,000, with just 5% deposit and a 20% Government equity loan – a loan that is interest free for the first five years and can be repaid at any time within the first 25 years. A mortgage of just 75% is then required, which makes mortgage payments a lot more affordable.
