A brand new housing development is on schedule to open its doors to home buyers on Saturday 11th January, with sales staff braced for a flood of house hunters vying to secure the house design and plot of their choice ahead of the spring home buying season.

‘Parc Jasmin’ by house builder Bloor Homes is a development of new homes on the outskirts of the Broughton suburb of Chester. The development will offer a choice of 20 house designs ranging in size from three bedroom semi-detached to three and four bedroom detached homes. The development will bring much needed new housing to the area.

“We will be delighted to welcome visitors to our new Sales Suite” said Christine Kynaston, sales director of Bloor Homes North West. “Broughton is an ideal location, convenient for Chester, the A55 and the coastal towns of North Wales. The new homes we are building will appeal to first time buyers, families and people downsizing”.

Established in 1962, Bloor Homes is now one of the UK's largest privately owned house builders, with 72 developments nationwide and completing in excess of 2,000 homes each year. Its guiding principles of exceeding people's expectations for location, choice, quality and value confirms the company's customer focus, as homebuyers visiting the new ‘Parc Jasmin’ Sales Suite will discover.

Prices will be announced at the January launch. Incentives of 100% part exchange and the Government backed Help to Buy 95% mortgage guarantee scheme will be available. First releases will be available at the January Sales Suite opening.

Prior to the official opening, house hunters can register their interest on the company’s web site: bloorhomes.com.
