New seafront apartments in Malta launched to unprecedented success

30 seafront apartments were reserved within weeks of their release as Tigne Point in Malta launch their latest waterfront phase known as Q1.

“The response to the launch of Q1 has been exceptional”, says James Vassallo, Senior Manager Sales and Marketing at MIDI plc. “Almost 90 percent of the new phase has been snapped up by a mix of local and foreign buyers in under two weeks. MIDI has already sold all 281 units previously put on the market at Tigne Point and it is clear that the demand for quality property has not waned since”.

There are many reasons for the popularity of this major development, not least its unique location on the banks of Marsamxetto Creek, directly across the water from the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Valletta, Malta’s capital city.

Tigne Point forms part of the MIDI project, the largest regeneration project on the island of Malta.
