One of the country’s leading house builders has started developing in the Daisy Hill area of Morley, after securing 7.5 acres of land.

Persimmon Homes West Yorkshire plans to build 92 homes on Daisy Hill providing much-needed homes for local people and families.

The development will feature a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes on a parcel of undeveloped land on Daisy hill, around 5.5 miles from Leeds city centre.

Persimmon Homes West Yorkshire’s sales director, Simon Whalley, said: “This is an exciting new development in a well-established town which has excellent transport links.

“We are confident that Daisy Hill will offer a range of properties to appeal to those looking to get on the property ladder for the first time to families seeking more space.

Properties at Daisy Hill are available to purchase off-plan enabling buyers to secure their preferred property and plot.

Simon added: “We are already receiving a number of enquires for this development. Reserving at this early stage means that purchasers get the added bonus of choosing from a range of fixtures and fittings such as kitchen units and accessories for their new home.

“Located close to the M62 and M621 this development is easily accessible for Bradford, Bately, Wakefield and Leeds city centre making it ideal for commuters.“

Daisy Hill is just a short walk from Morley Train Station and is close to local amenities and up to seven schools, two of which have been deemed outstanding by Ofsted.

The Daisy Hill show home is expected to open in March 2014. For more information, visit persimmonhomes.com.
