Families who are outgrowing their existing homes can find more room to roam at Taylor Wimpey’s sought-after Kitley Place development in Yealmpton, Devon.

The stunning homes in the first phase at this development were a huge hit with househunters seeking more space, and now the leading housebuilder has released a fresh collection of three, four and five-bedroom properties to meet continued demand.

What’s more, with the Government’s Help to Buy shared equity scheme available at Kitley Place, families may find they can afford a bigger house than they thought possible within their budget. The initiative enables purchasers to buy their new home for 80% of its full price, including a deposit as low as 5%.

Current homes now for sale at Kitley Place include the ‘Kennilworth’ detached house, which is priced from £429,995. This fantastic family home boasts five bedrooms with an additional bonus room which could be used as a further bedroom, play room or a games/media/cinema room.

The ‘Kennilworth’ features an open-plan kitchen/breakfast/dining room opening through French doors to the private rear garden, while a spacious living room, a second living room which could also be used as a study and a guest cloakroom complete the ground-floor layout.
