Householders in Kent who dream of a home with more space can escape to a bigger property at Taylor Wimpey’s sought-after Hayle Park development in Maidstone.

Growing families will appreciate the need for a home which gives them that essential extra bedroom, while others may long for a bigger kitchen or a house with a garden – and they can enjoy all this and more by choosing either the four-bedroom ‘Downham’ or the six-bedroom ‘Hamilton’ detached houses at Hayle Park.

To make securing one of these beautiful properties even easier, the Government’s Help To Buy scheme is available with selected homes at Hayle Park and means eligible first-time buyers and those with a property to sell can secure a Government loan for 20% of its full price – so they only require a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a 5% deposit.*

Jason Stokes, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “A lot of people will be stuck in a rut, wondering how they will ever be able to afford a bigger place, but the introduction of Help To Buy means many purchasers will find they can afford a larger home than they might have previously thought possible.

“For anyone living in a home which is becoming too small for their needs, that extra bit of space can really make all the difference to their everyday lives.

“I’d urge anyone who dreams of a luxury lifestyle in a spacious new property to speak to the Sales Executive at Hayle Park without delay.”

The six-bedroom Plot 95 ‘Hamilton’ is priced at £389,995, and features a kitchen/breakfast room and a separate dining room, which both open through French doors to the private rear garden, plus a living room, a study/family room and a guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the first-floor landing leads to an en-suite master bedroom, three further bedrooms, and a main bathroom, while two additional double bedrooms, one with en-suite facilities, occupy the top floor. Outside, the property benefits from a garage and driveway parking for two cars.

Alternatively, the four-bedroom Plot 92 ‘Downham’ is priced at just £306,995, and boasts a kitchen/dining room with French doors to the garden, with a living room and a guest cloakroom completing the ground-floor layout. Four bedrooms, one with en-suite facilities, and a main bathroom are found upstairs, while there’s an integral garage and parking outside.

Help to Buy is available on new-build homes up to the value of £600,000. There is no salary cap for purchasers taking advantage of the scheme.

Nestled among mature trees and green open space, the new homes at Hayle Park have been carefully designed to reflect the traditional architecture of this delightful part of Kent. On the doorstep lies a picturesque trail along the Loose Valley, a beautiful wetland habitat which leads to the pretty village of Loose.

All the amenities of Maidstone town centre, including shopping centres and a choice of supermarkets, are within easy reach, along with swimming pools, a bowling alley, a multi-screen cinema and theatres. Hayle Park also benefits from close proximity to a choice of good schools for children of all ages.

For commuters, the M20 is a short drive away, and the M25 is only 25 miles further on, while regular rail services to London run from Maidstone East station and Ashford International offers quick links to the Continent.

Anyone who dreams of escaping to a bigger home at Hayle Park can visit the Sales and Marketing Suite, located off Postley Road, Maidstone, Kent, ME15 6FH, and open daily from 10am to 5pm.
