Savvy Derbyshire property-seekers can snap up one of the final properties at Taylor Wimpey’s Dovedale Park, or be one of the first to secure at home at the leading housebuilder’s new Treetops development in Woodville, Swadlincote.

The charming semi-rural location of the homes at Dovedale Park has proved exceptionally attractive to purchasers and now only a final few three and four-bedroom properties remain available.

The next phase of the leading housebuilder’s scheme at Woodville is Treetops, an exclusive collection of two, three and four-bedroom homes which has just launched.

Carl Cooke, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “Buyers have been making a beeline for Dovedale Park and the remaining properties are the last homes in that phase, so anyone hoping to secure one of the houses in this sought-after selection must act immediately.

“But those who miss out on a new place at Dovedale Park will not be disappointed as our new phase of homes, Treetops, has just launched and offers a superb range of properties.

“I would urge property-seekers to join us in saying goodbye to Dovedale Park and hello to Treetops by snapping up their favourite plot from one of the two phases.”

The final properties at Dovedale Park include three-bedroom homes from only £149,995 and four-bedroom properties from just £179,995, while prospective purchasers at Treetops can choose from two-bedroom apartments priced from £115,000, two-bedroom houses from £127,500 and three-bedroom homes priced from just £147,500.

The homes available at Dovedale Park include the ‘Severn’ detached house, priced at £169,995, which features a spacious living room and a kitchen/dining room opening through French doors to the private rear garden, while a guest cloakroom completes the ground-floor layout.

Upstairs, the landing leads to an en-suite master bedroom, two additional bedrooms and the main bathroom, while outside the property benefits from a garage and additional parking.

The Government’s Help to Buy shared equity scheme is available at Dovedale Park and Treetops, enabling first-time buyers and those looking to move home to purchase their new home for 80% of its full price, including a deposit as low as 5%.
Woodville, where Dovedale Park and Treetops are located, is a busy village with a convenient range of local shops, a post office, schools and a selection of restaurants.

The village will benefit from new bus services and cycleway routes, while a new link road to the south will serve the development along with traffic-free pedestrian networks.

Swadlincote town centre is just under two miles away and the town boasts a wealth of shops, restaurants, bars, parks and leisure facilities including Swadlincote Ski and Snowboard Centre and Sharpe's Pottery Centre, a visitor attraction based on the town's pottery heritage.

Swadlincote is within easy reach of schools for children of all ages, while commuters will appreciate that the M42, M6 and M1 are close by and direct rail services operate from Burton upon Trent railway station to Birmingham and Nottingham.
