Just three bespoke properties remain for sale on a small, exclusive estate just outside the pretty town of Edenbridge in Kent.

Millers Croft, from premium housebuilder Charles Church, is an exceptional development of seven detached homes due for completion in early May.

The three available houses are The Tonbridge, a two and half storey property with family room and study with an asking price of £665,000; The Chiddingstone, a quirky three storey property with conservatory for £730,000 and The Scotney, a stunning family home with three reception rooms, and a price tag of £750,000.

Each has five bedrooms, a spectacular spacious kitchen, double garage and the superb style and quality expected by discerning Charles Church customers.

Jo Richards, head of sales and marketing for Charles Church South East, said: “Millers Croft is targeted at quite a select audience, but when a product is this good it is so easy to sell.

“As a result, the response from customers has been superb; everyone who has visited has said how beautiful the houses are and how lovely the development is.”

Edenbridge is Kent’s first Fairtrade Town where striking half-timbered, medieval buildings sit alongside a good selection of independent shops selling everything from organic food to locally made handicrafts. There is a weekly market and a twice monthly farmers market.

With superb transport links, the town is a very accessible 40 minute commute to London.

Charles Church is also building new homes in Hellingly, Hailsham, Maresfield and Dorking. For more information, visit charleschurch.com.
