Broadband connectivity puts Kingley Grange at the top of new home wish list

With more people choosing to occasionally work from home, house buyers are adding broadband connectivity to their new home wish list. According to a recent survey by the Ofcom accredited broadband comparison calculator broadbandchoices.co.uk, a good broadband service is a more important selling point than off-street parking or closeness to a pub, with one in five people checking the broadband speed of potential new homes before they move.
