Redrow is holding a special event for homeowners looking to move to a new home but would prefer to avoid complicated lengthy chains.

An open weekend will be held at the Barrow’s Green and Lancaster Place ventures in Widnes on March 1 / 2 so homeowners can discover an easy way of purchasing one of Redrow’s beautiful new homes.

Part Exchange can help those who want to move but are put off by the often arduous task of finding a buyer. With Redrow effectively acting as a cash buyer, homeowners can move from old to new quickly and simply and without any estate agent’s fees to pay.

Anita Williams, sales director for Redrow Homes (NW), said: “If homeowners have a property that is at least 35% lower than the value of their chosen Redrow home, the value of the old property can be put towards the cost of buying a brand new one.

“Using the Part Exchange option is a great way to save time and money and those who buy and sell in this way could find they’re able to move much sooner than if they wait until they secure a buyer on the open market.”

A wide selection of three and four-bedroom homes are available in Widnes from Redrow’s award-winning Heritage Collection which combines traditional exteriors with 21st century interiors.

The Part Exchange weekend will be held at Barrow’s Green, off Barrow’s Green Road, and Lancaster Place, off Lunts Heath Road, on March 1 /2 from 10am to 5.30pm.
