House-hunters are being encouraged to visit Taylor Wimpey’s in-demand Brook Meadow development without delay if they hope to snap up one of the final four homes on sale.

This impressive collection of properties on the eastern fringes of Trowbridge, Wiltshire, has proved hugely popular with property-seekers keen to secure their ideal home – and there are now just four plots remaining.

Charlie Joseph, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “Customers have been quick to reserve their favourite plots at Brook Meadow, which has been a big hit with buyers looking for a superb new home in a fantastic location close to Salisbury Plain.

“I would urge anyone who is interested in snapping up one of the last four properties on sale to hurry – or somebody else could beat them to it!”

The final plots on sale at Brook Meadow include the three-bedroom detached ‘Borrowdale’, priced at just £215,000, the four-bedroom ‘Easton’ and ‘Easton’ showhome, priced at £233,000 and £250,000 respectively, and the five-bedroom ‘Wilton’, priced at £300,000.

The four-bedroom ‘Easton’, for example, boasts a light and airy living/dining room opening through French doors to the private rear garden, with a kitchen/breakfast room and a guest cloakroom completing the ground-floor layout.

Upstairs, the first-floor landing leads to three bedrooms and a main bathroom, while an en-suite master bedroom enjoys appealing seclusion on the top floor. Outside, there’s a garage and driveway parking.

The Help to Buy equity loan scheme is available at Brook Meadow, enabling eligible first-time buyers and existing homeowners to secure a Government loan for 20% of their new home’s full price – meaning they only require a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a 5% deposit.

Help to Buy is available on new-build properties up to the value of £600,000 and there is no salary cap for homebuyers taking advantage of the scheme.

Nestled within the midst of the rolling hills of Wiltshire, the ancient county town of Trowbridge boasts some of the finest Georgian buildings in the country.
