The eagerly awaited successor to one of Crewe’s most popular developments, is coming soon to Haslington.

Many homebuyers missed out on what has been called the ‘Elan effect’ following a sell out at the phenomenally successful development The Maples, by Elan Homes.

When all of the homes sold in just months, many customers were disappointed, but the wait is over after the company secured land and permission to build 44 new homes in Vicarage Road in the village.

Marie Morris, sales director for Elan Homes in the North, says: “The Maples got off to a flying start, selling homes before the showhome opened and it quickly became one of our most popular ever sites, selling out in months.

“So many people were disappointed that we are delighted to offer our latest development at Vicarage Fields. Thanks to an amazing location, offering stunning views, we are confident we will witness the ‘Elan effect’ again and they will attract buyers who missed out last time.”

The £8 million development, Vicarage Fields, will comprise three and four-bedroom detached homes and a collection of mews and semi-detached properties.

With stunning views across open fields, the development will be integrated into the existing community by providing open space for local residents to enjoy, including a stream, hedgerow and trees.

The company will also make a contribution to local education provision. Elan expect the homes to be released for sale in April or May.
