Gloucestershire property-seekers should hurry or risk missing out on the chance to snap up one of the final homes remaining at Taylor Wimpey’s in-demand Dean Acre development in the village of Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham.

Interest has been running high in this impressive development, and now just a handful of homes remain available.

Charlie Joseph, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We’re down to the final few homes for sale at Dean Acre, which has been extremely sought-after by discerning buyers.

“This last selection of houses is expected to sell out fast, so I’d urge anyone interested in snapping up one of these superb properties to contact us without delay – or risk missing out on their perfect home.”

Among the final selection of homes is the four-bedroom ‘Candleston’ detached house. Priced at just £375,000, the ‘Candleston’ features a kitchen/breakfast room and a living room, both opening through French doors to the private rear garden, plus a dining room, study and guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the landing leads to an en-suite master bedroom, an additional en-suite double bedroom, two further bedrooms and a main bathroom, while outside, the property benefits from a garage and driveway parking.

Alternative four-bedroom properties are available priced from just £275,000, while the three-bedroom ‘Gosford’ home is also available from only £235,000.

Home-hunters can take advantage of the Help To Buy equity loan scheme to secure their perfect place at Dean Acre, which means eligible first-time buyers and those with a property to sell can secure a Government loan for 20% of their new home’s full price – so they only require a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a 5% deposit.

Help to Buy is available on new-build homes up to the value of £600,000 and there is no salary cap for purchasers taking advantage of the scheme.

Purchasers with a property to sell can take advantage of Taylor Wimpey’s Part Exchange scheme, which enables them to receive a fixed price for their existing property, based on the average of independent professional valuations.

Property-seekers who miss out on this final collection of homes can register now to receive information about a new phase of properties at Dean Acre which is set to be released later this year.

Located just three miles north of Cheltenham, Dean Acre enjoys a fantastic setting in the beautiful village of Bishops Cleeve, which dates back to the 8th century and still features historic buildings and thatched cottages.

Bishops Cleeve offers a range of shops and amenities, including the quaint Tarlings Yard with its independent shops and cafes, while Cheltenham boasts an extensive selection of high street shops and department stores.

Parents will appreciate that there is a village school, Bishops Cleeve Primary School, which was rated ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted at its most recent inspection, while commuters will enjoy easy access to the M5 for routes to Bristol and the West Midlands.

Home-hunters can find out more about the final homes available at Dean Acre, or register for information on the next phase of homes, by visiting the Sales and Information Centre, located off Evesham Road, Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham, GL52 8SA, and open daily from 11am to 5.30pm.
