Home-hunters looking for their dream property in Hampshire are advised to act now to be among the first to choose from a stunning selection of new properties from Taylor Wimpey in the village of Liphook.

Maple Park is a brand new collection of stylish properties in a peaceful location off Canada Way within easy reach of everyday facilities and great transport links.

With the new homes expected to be incredibly popular with potential purchasers in the area and beyond, anyone hoping to find their dream home at Maple Park is urged to register their interest as soon as possible.

Fiona Creed, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “It’s no surprise that we’re already experiencing a great deal of interest in the new homes at Maple Park, given the development’s fantastic location with easy access to a host of amenities.

“Anyone hoping to choose one of our stunning new properties at this much-anticipated new community is therefore advised to register an interest without delay to put themselves near the front of the queue!”

Maple Park will comprise just 62 new homes, including two-bedroom apartments and two, three, four and five-bedroom houses.

Each property at the development will be completed to a high standard specification, including energy efficient central heating, double glazing and a fitted kitchen with integrated oven, hob and hood.

The Help to Buy equity loan scheme will be available at the development, enabling eligible first-time buyers and those with a property to sell to secure a Government loan for up to 20% of the full price of their new home – so they only require a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a deposit as low as 5%.

Help to Buy is available on new-build homes to the value of £600,000 and there’s no salary cap for purchasers taking advantage of the scheme.

Maple Park enjoys a prime position within the Canada Way development, which lies just to the south of the centre of Liphook, and neighbours the village green which surrounds Liphook Millennium Hall.

Liphook is a thriving village on the edge of the South Downs National Park, with a wealth of local amenities for day-to-day living including a Sainsbury’s supermarket within walking distance, along with a choice of shops, pubs and places to eat.

Commuters will appreciate Liphook railway station is also close by and lies on the main London to Portsmouth line, while the A3 is just a short drive away for quick links to Guildford, Portsmouth and the M25.

The village also boasts well-regarded schools for children of all ages, including Liphook Infant and Liphook CofE Junior Schools, both rated ‘good’ in their most recent Ofsted inspections, and Bohunt School for secondary pupils, rated ‘outstanding’.
