Interest soars for Waters Homes

Leicestershire-based house builder Waters Homes has seen a surge of interest at its new Birstall development with more than 50 per cent of its properties being reserved off plan within weeks of launching.

Waters Homes has welcomed a high number of visitors to its latest development on Stonehill Avenue in the village, which boasts a selection of two and three-bedroom homes with off-street parking.

Out of the nine properties built, five of the two-bedroom houses have been reserved with four of the three-bedroom properties still available with prices starting from £165,000.
