Discerning house-hunters can now take their pick from a fresh collection of stunning new homes at Taylor Wimpey’s popular The Quarters development in Colchester.

Property-seekers are moving quickly to snap up their preferred plots at this exciting new community, which enjoys a fantastic location on the southern fringes of town.

The Help to Buy equity loan scheme is available at The Quarters, enabling eligible first-time buyers and existing homeowners to secure a Government loan for 20% of the full price of their new home – meaning they only require a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a 5% deposit.

Help to Buy is available on new-build properties up to the value of £600,000 and there is no salary cap for homebuyers taking advantage of the scheme.
