House-hunters keen to learn more about the impressive new homes on offer at Taylor Wimpey’s The Chariots at Augusta Park will soon be able to explore a stunning new showhome at the development in Andover.

The unveiling of the beautiful ‘Crofton’ show property will give prospective purchasers a taste of the lifestyle they could be enjoying at The Chariots, which offers a choice of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes in East Anton, just over a mile away from Andover town centre.

With interest already running high, the finishing touches are currently being made to the ‘Crofton’ ready for its launch to homebuyers on 7th June.

Fiona Creed, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We’re incredibly excited about the forthcoming launch of our new showhome, which we’re certain will wow customers with its stunning interior and well-designed layout.

“I would encourage anyone who’d like to find out more about the ‘Crofton’ to come and take a look for themselves – they won’t be disappointed!”

The impressive three-bedroom ‘Crofton’ showhome boasts a light and airy living/dining room opening through French doors to the private rear garden, with a kitchen/breakfast room and a guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the first-floor landing leads to a double bedroom, a further bedroom and a main bathroom, while the en-suite master bedroom enjoys appealing seclusion on the top floor.

New homes now on sale at The Chariots include the two-bedroom ‘Edale’ coach house, priced £180,000, three-bedroom houses from £210,000 and the four-bedroom ‘Shelford’ detached house, priced £325,000.

The Help to Buy equity loan scheme is available at the development, enabling eligible first-time buyers and existing homeowners to secure a Government loan for 20% of the full price of their new home – meaning they only require a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a 5% deposit.

Help to Buy is available on new-build properties up to the value of £600,000 and there is no salary cap for homebuyers taking advantage of the scheme.

The Chariots at Augusta Park enjoys a prime position to the north of Andover town centre, with a new primary school, community centre, sports hall and playing fields to be constructed alongside the homes.

Nearby Winchester boasts a range of historic attractions and independent shops and boutiques, while a wider range of shops can be found in Basingstoke, a 15-mile drive away from home.

Andover railway station is a short distance from the development for regular services to Salisbury, Basingstoke and London Waterloo, while the M3 and M4 are each within 20 miles.

The stunning ‘Crofton’ showhome will be open to visitors from 10am to 5pm on 7th June and then seven days a week during the same hours. The development is located off Icknield Way, Andover, Hampshire, SP11 6AB. Alternatively, visit taylorwimpey.co.uk.
