Young professionals looking for their perfect property in Aylesbury are being urged to find out more about a stunning collection of crescent townhouses at Taylor Wimpey’s popular New Berry Vale development.

These impressive five-bedroom homes overlook a beautifully-landscaped area of green open space, and each property features a traditional three-storey design with a high-specification finish, plus gated parking.

However, this strictly limited selection of prestigious properties is generating a great deal of interest, so anyone hoping to make one their home is advised to get in quick, or risk missing out.

Steve Rolt, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “Our beautiful crescent homes at New Berry Vale are proving a real draw for young professionals looking for a property which reflects the very best of traditional English architecture, combined with a top-end 21st century finish.

“I would urge anyone hoping to secure one of these fabulous properties to act without delay – before someone else beats them to it.”

The crescent townhouses at New Berry Vale are priced from £330,000 and each property features a spacious kitchen/dining room opening through French doors to the private rear garden, with an informal family room and a guest cloakroom also located off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the first-floor landing leads to a further reception room with French doors to a private balcony overlooking the garden.

Two bedrooms, both with access to a balcony with views across the open space to the front of the property, along with a bathroom, complete the first-floor layout, while an en-suite master bedroom, two additional bedrooms, one of which could alternatively be used as a study, and a further bathroom occupy the top floor. Outside, the property benefits from a garage and parking for two cars.

Alternatively, there’s a choice of three-bedroom houses from £250,000 at New Berry Vale, and four-bedroom properties from £295,000.

New Berry Vale forms part of Aylesbury’s stunning new Berryfields community which will comprise exceptional community facilities and employment opportunities alongside more than 3,000 homes. Two state-of-the-art new schools, The Aylesbury Vale Academy and Berryfields Primary School, opened in 2013, while there are also plans for a second primary school.

A local centre will include a food store and ten other smaller shops, while acres of green open spaces, including a riverside park area, will also feature 13 equipped play areas for families to enjoy. A community centre provides a focal point for the residents of the new homes and a new health centre is also planned.

Berryfields will enjoy an integrated network of footpaths, cycleways and bridleways, and for cyclists there will be 8km of cyclepaths within the estate which will link into the existing cycle route along the A41 into the town centre.

For commuters, the M40 and the M25 are both within easy reach of the development, local bus routes provide connections to Gatwick, Heathrow and Luton airports, and regular direct train services operate from nearby Aylesbury Vale Parkway railway station to London Marylebone.

To stand a chance of securing one of the exclusive crescent homes at New Berry Vale, property-seekers should visit the Sales Centre, located off Bicester Road, Aylesbury, HP18 0PS, and open daily from 10am to 5pm (Mondays midday to 5pm). Alternatively, visit taylorwimpey.co.uk.
