Homes in Bracknell are selling just hours after being released for sale as eager buyers rush to snap up properties in Jennett’s Park.

Seven years after Redrow’s first homes were released for sale as part of the wider Jennett’s Park project, it’s now a well-established neighbourhood and somewhere people aspire to live.

Redrow has had great success in the area. Its Heritage Collection of traditional looking homes have been immensely popular and demand for the properties at its latest phase Kensington Mews remains high.

Julie Davies, sales manager for Redrow Homes (Southern Counties), says: “Like many parts of the country, the housing market in Bracknell is really buoyant at the moment. And while figures from home.co.uk suggest the average property in the area is on the market for three months, our new homes are being snapped up much quicker. We’ve consistently achieved an average sales rate of one home a week and we’re now nearing the end of the development. We’ve all but sold out at Kensington Place and homes at Kensington Mews are selling fast with people snapping up properties without hours of them being put on the market.

“Jennett’s Park is now well established and somewhere people really want to live. There’s a real sense of urgency amongst buyers and we have a long list of prospective purchasers interested in the remaining homes.”

Homes available at Kensington Mews include the four-bedroom Kenilworth, set out over three floors.

Priced from £322,950, this flexible family home will be ready to move into in the autumn.

On the ground floor, the Kenilworth features a lounge with patio doors onto the rear garden, plus an open plan kitchen and dining room. There’s a laundry space for the washer and dryer, plus a downstairs cloakroom.

Three bedrooms and the family bathroom can be found on the first floor.

The crowning glory of this property is undoubtedly the top floor master bedroom with en-suite. It offers parents a quiet sanctuary away from the hustle of family life or those with grown up children living at home may opt to give them the privacy of having the top floor to themselves.

The good news for those looking for somewhere smaller is that Redrow will soon be releasing a choice of one and two-bedroom apartments at Kensington Mews for sale.

Jennett’s Park is the ideal commuter base as Bracknell is only five minutes away and Reading can be reached in 20 minutes. There’s also easy access to the M3 and M4 via the A329 Berkshire Way; while direct trains from Bracknell to London Waterloo take around an hour.

There are plenty of opportunities for residents to enjoy the great outdoors close to home as approximately half of Jennett’s Park is set aside for open space, retained woodland and recreational areas.

The sales office at Kensington Mews is open daily from 10am to 5.30pm. Alternatively, see redrow.co.uk/kensington.
