Moving house may have a stressful reputation but Redrow can help alleviate any hassle for those with a property to sell, leaving them free to put their feet up and look forward to life in a brand new home.

The award-winning housebuilder’s Mastermove scheme could help homeowners sell up and move on quickly, without fuss or expensive estate agent fees.

Using Mastermove could mean a move to a beautiful family home at Lancaster Place, on Lunts Heath Road in Widnes in as little as a few weeks.

Current availability at Lancaster Place includes the four-bedroom ‘Henley’ home, priced from £424,995, with an impressive 36ft open plan kitchen, dining and family area; the ‘Marlborough’, from £429,995, which boasts five spacious bedrooms; and the premium quality ‘Buckingham’ for £639,995 with five bedrooms.

Elaine Mounsey, sales manager for Redrow Homes (NW), said: “The homes at Lancaster Place have been designed with family living in mind. They each offer open-plan areas designed for spending quality time together, as well as spacious bedrooms for those times when you just want to relax. The Buckingham is the perfect example of that given it’s the largest property at Lancaster Place.”

The five-bedroom ‘Buckingham’, priced from £639,995, boasts a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and family area; a separate dining room or study and a formal lounge. Upstairs there are five generous sized bedrooms, four of which have an en-suite. There’s also a family bathroom and the master bedroom boasts a walk-in wardrobe providing plenty of storage space for clothes and accessories.

“Sometimes the idea of waiting weeks, maybe months, to find a buyer can be off putting but we’re perfectly placed to help move things along with our Mastermove scheme,” Elaine added.

Customers who sign up for Mastermove will have their property valued and, once a selling price is agreed, Redrow instructs a local estate agent and online agent to market the property on their behalf. Crucially, the housebuilder keeps in regular contact with all parties to ensure the sales process runs quickly and smoothly and they will even pay the estate agent’s fees at the end of the day. All it takes is a small deposit of £50, which will be refunded upon completion.

Situated on the northern and easterly fringes of Widnes and bordered by open fields, Lancaster Place is close to Widnes town centre and within easy travel of Liverpool, Warrington and Manchester, via the M62 motorway or by rail from Widnes train station, which offers journey times to Liverpool and Manchester of around 30 minutes.

All those interested can visit the development on Lunts Heath Road from 10am to 5.30pm, Tuesday to Sunday, and from 11am to 5.30pm on Monday.

Alternatively, home buyers can visit redrow.co.uk/Lancaster.
