Savvy home-buyers have been quick to reserve their pick of the plots released for sale at Taylor Wimpey’s brand new Maple Park development in Liphook, Hampshire.

This exciting new development offers a range of high-quality two-bedroom apartments and two, three, four and five-bedroom houses in a peaceful location off Canada Way, within easy reach of everyday facilities and great transport links.

All five of the superb new homes made available to buy at Maple Park’s launch weekend were quickly snapped up, with more property-seekers registering their interest in the properties coming soon – so anyone hoping to purchase their ideal place at this brand new development cannot afford to delay!

Fiona Creed, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We were overwhelmed with the success of our fantastic selection of new homes at Maple Park, which includes a wide selection of impressive properties for buyers of all budgets and circumstances.

“With interest in Maple Park running so high, anyone who hopes to snap up one of these fabulous new homes is being urged to visit us as soon as possible – or they could risk missing out on their perfect property!”

Prospective purchasers can choose from a range of two-bedroom homes, priced from just £215,000 and three-bedroom houses priced from only £285,000, while four and five-bedroom properties are available from as little as £355,000 and £455,000 respectively.

The three/four-bedroom ‘Bellbury’ house, for example, is priced from £355,000 and features a spacious living/dining room opening through French doors to the private rear garden, with a kitchen/breakfast room and a guest cloakroom completing the ground-floor layout.

Upstairs, the first-floor landing leads to a living room with attractive Juliet balcony, which could alternatively be used as a bedroom, a further bedroom and a main bathroom, while two en-suite double bedrooms are located on the top floor.

To make securing their perfect property at Maple Park even easier and more affordable, purchasers can benefit from the Help to Buy equity loan scheme, which means eligible first-time buyers and existing homeowners can secure a Government loan for 20% of its full price – so they only require a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a 5% deposit.

Help to Buy is available on new-build properties up to the value of £600,000 and there is no salary cap for homebuyers taking advantage of the scheme.

Maple Park enjoys a prime position within the Canada Way development, which lies just to the south of the centre of Liphook, and neighbours the village green which surrounds Liphook Millennium Hall.

Liphook is a thriving village on the edge of the South Downs National Park, with a wealth of local amenities for day-to-day living including a Sainsbury’s supermarket within walking distance, along with a choice of shops, pubs and places to eat.

Commuters will appreciate Liphook railway station is also close by and lies on the main London to Portsmouth line, while the A3 is just a short drive away for quick links to Guildford, Portsmouth and the M25.

The village also boasts well-regarded schools for children of all ages, including Liphook Infant and Liphook CofE Junior Schools, both rated ‘good’ in their most recent Ofsted inspections, and Bohunt School for secondary pupils, rated ‘outstanding’.

To be among the first to secure a new home at Maple Park, prospective purchasers can visit the Sales Information Centre, located off Canada Way, Liphook, GU30 7UJ, and open Thursday to Monday from 10am until 5pm. Alternatively, visit taylorwimpey.co.uk.
