House-hunters in Kent are urged not to miss the last chance to own a brand new home in the current phase at Taylor Wimpey’s sought-after Hayle Park development in Maidstone.

An exceptionally high level of demand for the new homes at Hayle Park has meant just a few properties remain for sale in the current release of homes – so anyone hoping to secure one of these final plots is advised to get in quick, or risk missing out.

Jason Stokes, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “The current phase of homes at Hayle Park has proved incredibly popular with property-seekers and as a result there are now just a few plots available.

“The last homes will appeal to a range of property-hunters, from first-time buyers and downsizers to growing families. However, they are sure to be in demand with discerning buyers, so potential purchasers will need to contact us without delay!”

The three-bedroom ‘Gosford’ terraced house for example, is priced £234,995, and boasts a spacious kitchen/dining room opening through French doors to the private rear garden, with a well-proportioned living room and a guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the first-floor landing leads to the en-suite master bedroom, two further bedrooms and the master bathroom. Outside, the property benefits from a garage and an additional parking space.

The Help to Buy equity loan scheme is available on selected plots at Hayle Park, enabling eligible first-time buyers and existing homeowners to secure a Government loan for 20% of their new home’s full price – meaning they only require a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a 5% deposit.

Help to Buy is available on new-build properties up to the value of £600,000 and there is no salary cap for homebuyers taking advantage of the scheme.

Nestled among mature trees and green open space, the new homes at Hayle Park have been carefully designed to reflect the traditional architecture of this delightful part of Kent. On the doorstep lies a picturesque trail along the Loose Valley, a beautiful wetland habitat which leads to the pretty village of Loose.

All the amenities of Maidstone town centre, including shopping centres and a choice of supermarkets, are within easy reach, along with swimming pools, a bowling alley, a multi-screen cinema and theatres. Hayle Park also benefits from close proximity to a choice of good schools for children of all ages.

For commuters, the M20 is a short drive away, and the M25 is only 25 miles further on, while regular rail services to London run from Maidstone East station and Ashford International offers quick links to the Continent.

Prospective purchasers can find out more about the final homes in the current phase at Hayle Park by visiting the Sales and Marketing Suite, located off Postley Road, Maidstone, Kent, ME15 6FH, and open daily from 10am to 5pm. Alternatively, visit taylorwimpey.co.uk.
