Property-seekers in Kent who have so far missed out on their ideal property at Taylor Wimpey’s popular Bridgefield development in Ashford will soon be able to choose from a new collection of stunning homes.

The Willows is the latest phase of homes at this exciting new community, which is located on the southern fringes of Ashford within easy reach of all the attractions of this historic town.

Discerning purchasers will be able to pick their preferred property from a selection of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes when The Willows launches later this summer.

Jason Stokes, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We have been overwhelmed by the success of Bridgefield and this new phase of homes, The Willows, means there is a host of new opportunities for homebuyers to secure their ideal place at this superb development.

“Anyone who would like to put themselves at the front of the queue should register their interest as soon as possible!”

All new homes at Bridgefield will be completed to a high standard specification, including energy efficient central heating, double glazing and a fitted kitchen with integrated oven, hob and hood.

To make moving easier and more affordable, Taylor Wimpey will offer a range of helpful homebuyer incentives for first-time buyers and those with a property to sell. Incentives include the easymover scheme and can be tailored to customers’ personal requirements with full details available from the Sales Executive.

The Willows at Bridgefield is located off Finn Farm Road, Ashford, and enjoys a semi-rural woodland backdrop with countryside walks right on the doorstep, yet with easy access to all the amenities the town has to offer.

Traditionally at the heart of the country’s fruit growing area, Ashford is now a lively regional centre that has retained its picturesque town centre whilst moving into the 21st century, with high street shops, independent boutiques, bars, restaurants and leisure facilities including a multi-screen cinema.

There’s a good choice of schools for all ages close by, including Furley Park Primary School, a new academy, and Kingsnorth Primary School, which was rated ‘good’ in its most recent Ofsted inspection.

Commuters will appreciate that Ashford offers quick access to the M20 for convenient links to the M25 and London as well as the Channel Tunnel, while Ashford International railway station provides rail connections to central London, Maidstone, Folkestone and to continental Europe.

The new high speed rail link means it is now just a 38-minute journey from Ashford International to St Pancras.
