Low guide price for modern Sunderland apartment

An apartment with a popular city centre location in Sunderland is going under the hammer with a low guide price on Monday, June 30th.

The two-bedroomed apartment in the well-known Toll Bar House was originally purchased for £154,400 but will be auctioned next week with a guide price of £54,950.

The purpose-built two-bedroom second floor apartment is situated close to local amenities including, shops and transport links to Sunderland City Centre. It is expected to appeal to professional couples.

Prudhoe-based Agents property Auction, which works with agents and sells properties across the region, sold 200 properties in the first quarter of 2014. The properties ranged in selling price from £18,000 to £320,000 and were worth in excess of £18m in total.
