Diners in Nottingham can now enjoy new surroundings at one of the city’s most popular leisure venues, Rocket@Saltwater.

The restaurant has been revamped to allow extra capacity for guests, and give more space to customers at the bar. With the biggest open roof terrace in the city, Rocket@Saltwater, in The Cornerhouse, is a firm favourite with diners across Nottingham.

“Giving the dining area a new lease of life is really important to us because we want our guests to enjoy the great food we offer and spacious surroundings,” explains Nick Revill, general manager at Rocket@Saltwater.

“We’ve gone for details that we think are real talking points, like a wall montage of beer bottles and cage lighting that will hopefully raise a couple of smiles!”

Offering an exciting range of continental-inspired dishes such as tapas and smoked black pudding, butterfly king prawn and pancetta pizza, Rocket has established itself firmly within the city’s restaurant landscape. The refurbishment comes hot on the heels of the introduction of a new bar food menu, including brioche bun burgers and sharing platters, that has already proved to be a big hit.

Nick added: “We cater for every function and celebration, and strive to give customers the best possible experience in terms of comfort. Not only is it vital to us to provide great service, but creating an even better environment in which to enjoy our seasonal menus was a big motivation.”
