The Shed, Notting Hill’s stylish and local restaurant offering superb seasonal and locally foraged cuisine, have now extended their menu to include a weekly Saturday brunch party featuring delicious seasonal dishes, foraged cocktails and live music.

Brunch at The Shed will be the perfect spot for friends to celebrate the weekend, whatever the occasion. With fantastic live music, creative cocktails flowing, and a rustic summer terrace, the brunch party will continue all afternoon. Staff will be entering into the fun, throwing open their large French windows and skylights for guests to enjoy the sunny afternoon whilst enjoying delicious food and drinks, all set to the sounds of the band.

The Shed are rearing their very own pigs at their farm in Nutbourne, West Sussex and Head Chef Oliver Gladwin will be curing the British bacon on site. The pigs are a cross breed of the traditional Gloucester Old Spot with a Tamworth, giving the meat extra flavor and tenderness, making them the perfect pig. The Saturday brunch menu will include this beautiful bacon in many of their dishes, such as the potato rosti with spinach and egg, bacon mallard breast served with a corn fritter and poached egg with broad bean, peas in a bacon ragu. Innovative cocktails made with foraged herbs, fruits and vegetables will also be served alongside Bloody Marys featuring The Shed’s very own green tomato vodka, which are steeped in chase vodka to extract all the terrific tomato flavor.

Founded by the Gladwin brothers nearly two years ago, The Shed is an extension of their rural lifestyle back in Nutbourne, West Sussex, offering a rustic and relaxed setting loved by both city slickers and country bumpkins alike. Brothers Richard, Oliver and Gregory Gladwin have teamed up to bring wild British ingredients from the countryside to the plates of London diners. Richard manages The Shed, Oliver takes the lead in the kitchen whilst farmer Gregory supplies the restaurant with reared livestock from the family farm in Nutbourne, as well as sourcing seasonal produce from local suppliers, making it a real family affair.
