The news comes as a further boost for Lawley Square after all the new apartments available to purchase in the village centre at Lawley Rise were snapped up by fast-acting homebuyers.

Richard Croft of Henry Davidson Developments said “We are continuing to talk to businesses interested in taking on the few commercial units which are still available, and also the remaining plot which is currently earmarked for an hotel. We’re very hopeful that we can reach full occupation at the development in the near future.”
