Time is running out for home-hunters hoping to secure one of the final properties available at Bracken Park, Taylor Wimpey’s near sell-out development in Bracknell, Berkshire.

Eager purchasers are moving quickly to take their pick of the plots on sale in this sought-after location – and now just four superb new houses remain up for grabs.

With demand for these beautiful new properties continuing to run high, anyone hoping to join the residents of this exciting new development will need to get in quick to secure the home of their dreams.

Darren McCormack, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We’ve now sold nearly all of the plots at Bracken Park, with just four available, so time really is running out to secure one of the final high-quality homes we have available.

“We don’t expect the remaining properties to be available for long so potential purchasers should contact us without delay or they will face missing out altogether!”

The final plots remaining for sale at Bracken Park include the three-bedroom ‘Eversley’ showhome, priced at £360,000 including all fixtures and fittings.

The ‘Eversley’ features a light and airy kitchen/dining room opening through French doors to the private rear garden, plus a large lounge and a guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the landing leads to an en-suite master bedroom, two further double bedrooms and a main bathroom, while outside, the property benefits from a garage and driveway parking.

There’s also a choice of four-bedroom detached properties available including the ‘Woking’, priced at £420,000, the ‘Langley’ at £440,000 and the ‘Frimley’ at £445,000.

To make moving even easier and more affordable, Taylor Wimpey offers a range of helpful homebuyer incentives, including Help to Buy and Part Exchange, with full details available from the Sales Executive.

Bracken Park is located on the outskirts of Bracknell, set in stunning parkland and close to Swinley Woods and Crowthorne Woods. The town centre, which is earmarked for a huge redevelopment project, is a short drive from the new homes, while two supermarkets can be found less than a mile away.

There’s a number of local schools close by, with pupil performance in the area ranked higher than the national average. There’s also a range of exciting leisure facilities within easy reach, including the John Nike Bracknell Ski and Snowboard Centre and Coral Reef Water Park.

The new homes are just over 30 miles from central London, with easy access to the M4, which heads west to Reading and east to London. There are two railway stations in the town for trains to London Waterloo in just over an hour.
