Linden Homes North is gearing up for a summer show home opening in Howden … with all that jazz!

The developer has already celebrated early sales off plan at its exclusive Pilgrims Rest development in the East Yorkshire town, and is now preparing to officially open the show home in style next month.

As well as giving visitors the chance to look around the stunning five-bedroom Studley show home, there will be the chance to find out just what is on offer at the development on Saturday August 9 between 11am and 5pm.

There will also be the chance to enjoy music from a live jazz band (until 2pm) and a glass of refreshing Pimms!

A sales and marketing suite will offer information about the development which boasts a selection of 10 individual four and five-bedroom homes – half of which have already been snapped up from plan – making it all the more important for potential buyers to visit on the show home launch day.

The jewel in the crown will be the show home, which features a spacious kitchen and separate dining room, with bi-folding doors opening out into the garden – perfect for entertaining during the summer.

An additional attractive feature of this generous-sized home is that two of the bedrooms enjoy en-suite facilities.

All the homes are perfectly designed for modern living, built in traditional two-storey styles and offering a spacious family home. The homes come with large integral or detached double garage.

And there is still an opportunity to reserve off plan – with Linden Homes giving customers the chance to reap the many benefits of reserving fresh from the drawing board, including:

Personalising their home by choosing their preferred bathroom tiles and kitchen units
Offering more time to save towards furniture and carpets
Securing a new home at today’s price in a rising market
Taking advantage of the low interest rates on current mortgages.
Schemes available for five per cent deposits
Lower utility bills and reduced maintenance bills that new homes can offer.
New materials used in the construction process also mean that new homes are more energy efficient that their older counterparts
A 10-year National House Building Council (NHBC) protection
