Home-hunters can enjoy a tantalising glimpse of the amazing lifestyle they could be enjoying at Wards Bridge Gardens, Taylor Wimpey’s sought-after development in Wednesfield, West Midlands, by visiting two brand new showhomes.

Wards Bridge Gardens is an exciting community of new homes and public open space which enjoys a peaceful and convenient location on the site of the former Jennie Lee Centre in Lichfield Road.

The elegantly styled interiors of the three-bedroom ‘Dadford’ and four-bedroom ‘Lydford’ showhomes have been wowing those who’ve already seen them, so would-be buyers are urged to make time to visit.

Carl Cooke, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We are delighted with the response we’ve had to the beautiful new showhomes at Wards Bridge Gardens. Both properties feature exquisite fittings and furnishings and the very latest interior trends to highlight the carefully-planned layout and spacious designs of a typical property at the development.

“Anyone interested in sampling the exciting lifestyle opportunities on offer at the development are advised to view these gorgeous homes without delay.”

Ideal for first-time buyers and young families, the ‘Dadford’ features a large lounge/dining room opening through French doors to the private rear garden, with a kitchen and a guest cloakroom completing the ground-floor layout.

Upstairs, the landing leads to three bedrooms and a main bathroom. Homes of this design are currently available to reserve at Wards Bridge Gardens from £152,500, while alternative three-bedroom properties are priced from £169,950.

Meanwhile, the ‘Lydford’ has been designed to appeal to growing families, boasting a spacious kitchen/dining room with utility room, a lounge with an attractive bay window and a guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway. An en-suite master bedroom, three further bedrooms and a bathroom are found upstairs.

All new homes at Wards Bridge Gardens are completed to a high standard specification, including energy efficient central heating, double glazing and a fitted kitchen with integrated oven, hob and hood.

To make moving even easier and more affordable, Taylor Wimpey offers a range of helpful homebuyer incentives, including the Help to Buy equity loan scheme.

Help to Buy enables eligible first-time buyers and those with a property to sell to secure a Government loan for up to 20% of their new home’s full price – meaning they only require a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a deposit as low as 5%.

Wednesfield is just two miles from the shops and restaurants of Wolverhampton city centre, with the amenities of Dudley and Walsall within a seven mile radius and Birmingham city centre just 17 miles away.

Transport links are also excellent, with regular services running from nearby Wolverhampton railway station to Birmingham New Street in under half an hour and the M6 and M54 within easy reach.

The weekly shop is easily taken care of at one of several nearby supermarkets, while leisure facilities include a cinema and bowling alley. Parents will appreciate that Edward The Elder and St Thomas Primary Schools, both of which were rated ‘good’ at their last Ofsted inspections, are both close to home, as well as several secondary schools for older children.

The new showhomes are now open Thursday to Monday from 11am to 5pm at Wards Bridge Gardens, located off Lichfield Road, Wednesfield, WV11 3HT. Alternatively, visit taylorwimpey.co.uk.
