New Flintshire showhomes ooze style

Two expertly-designed showhomes are set to welcome would-be buyers over their thresholds in Buckley.

The two four-bedroom homes, the Windsor and the Sunningdale, will be showing off their wares, as well as the lifestyle on offer at its Heathlands venture, from July 26.

Both of the showhomes have been kitted out by Showbusiness Interiors with modern family living firmly in mind. A heavy use of textiles, feature prints and large headboards have been used to show off a contemporary style and perfectly complement the light, airy rooms in both houses.

Elaine Mounsey, sales manager for Redrow (NW) said: “The new show homes are looking fantastic and we’re really excited about welcoming our first visitors to see them on the 26th.

“They both boast a perfect mixture of neutral colours mixed with bolder patterns - a style which is so on trend at the moment. As we enter a new phase at Heathlands, the new showhomes will be showing off all there is to experience here and the open plan living, ideal for families, that our Heritage homes are known for.”

Homes from Redrow’s award-winning Heritage Collection boast sought after 1930s-style exteriors but, inside, are laden with contemporary features.

Current availability ranges from apartments to various styles of three and four-bedroom homes. Prices start from £97,995 for a one-bedroom apartment and from £219,995 for a three-bedroom ‘Warwick’ style home.

What’s more, Help to Buy Wales can be used which is ideal for first-time buyers or those already on the ladder but lacking a substantial deposit.

All homes under £300,000 qualify for the scheme which means they can be purchased with a 5% deposit. Purchasers would then cover the remaining costs with up to a 20% equity loan from the Welsh Government, interest free for five years, and a 75% mortgage from a lender of choice.

Heathlands, which is close to Buckley town centre, enjoy a semi-rural location with a nature reserve next door. The cities of Chester and Liverpool are also within easy reach via the nearby A55.

Buckley boasts a pedestrianised town centre, a modern shopping precinct, ample free car parking, supermarkets and a variety of small shops. There is also a health centre and convenient doctors’ surgeries as well as four primary schools and one secondary school.
