Homeowners in Gloucestershire who had thought they couldn’t afford to make the next step up the property ladder have the chance to do just that at Taylor Wimpey’s sought-after Dean Acre development in the village of Bishop’s Cleeve, Cheltenham.

That’s because they can get help from Taylor Wimpey to sell their existing home through the leading housebuilder’s popular easymover scheme, which takes all the stress out of the process.

Then, they can also take advantage of the Help to Buy equity loan scheme, which enables them to secure a Government loan of up to 20% of their new home’s full price – so they only need a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a deposit as low as 5%!

What’s more, Taylor Wimpey is offering a £5,000 Options voucher to purchasers who reserve at the development by the end of August!

Charlie Joseph, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We have a selection of beautiful four-bedroom properties for sale at Dean Acre, each available with Help to Buy or easymover, or a combination of the two.

“Easymover makes the process of selling a home hassle-free, as we help the customer sell their property usually within just a few weeks, and sometimes in as little as a fortnight. They can then use the Help to Buy scheme, which can often mean they can afford a much larger property than they had anticipated.

“However, with such a fantastic opportunity available, I’d advise anyone hoping to take advantage to act now – or risk missing out.”

Among the four-bedroom properties for sale at Dean Acre is the ‘Oakford’, priced from £330,000, which features a spacious living/dining room opening through French doors to the private rear garden, with a large kitchen/breakfast room, a utility room and a guest cloakroom completing the ground-floor layout.

Upstairs, the landing leads to an en-suite master bedroom, three further bedrooms and a main bathroom, while outside, the property benefits from a garage and driveway parking.

Alternatively, the four-bedroom ‘Eskdale’ is priced from £335,000 at Dean Acre, the ‘Candleston’ from £365,000, and the ‘Thornford’ from £385,000.

All new homes at the development are completed to a high standard specification, including energy efficient central heating, double glazing and a fitted kitchen with integrated oven, hob and hood.

Located just three miles north of Cheltenham, Dean Acre enjoys a fantastic setting in the beautiful village of Bishop’s Cleeve, which dates back to the 8th century and still features historic buildings and thatched cottages.

Bishop’s Cleeve offers a range of shops and amenities, including the quaint Tarlings Yard with its independent shops and cafes, while Cheltenham boasts an extensive selection of high street shops and department stores.

Parents will appreciate that there is a village school, Bishop’s Cleeve Primary School, which was rated ‘good’ by Ofsted at its most recent inspection, while commuters will enjoy easy access to the M5 for routes to Bristol and the West Midlands.

To stand a chance of making an easy move to Dean Acre with Help to Buy, property-seekers should visit the Sales and Information Centre, located off Evesham Road, Bishop’s Cleeve, Cheltenham, GL52 8SA, and open Thursday to Monday from 11am to 5.30pm. Alternatively, visit taylorwimpey.co.uk.
