Devon homebuyers hoping to find their perfect property with wonderful countryside views are advised to register an interest now in Taylor Wimpey’s hotly-anticipated Hele Park development in Newton Abbot.

Home-hunters will soon be able to choose from this beautiful collection of apartments and houses at this new development on the fringes of the Dartmoor hills, with the first plots being released for sale during the Bank Holiday Weekend of Saturday 23rd, Sunday 24th and Monday 25th August.

Prospective purchasers are being urged to register their interest as soon as possible to make sure they’re near the front of the queue for the first homes as they go on sale.

Janine Copleston, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “The new homes at Hele Park will benefit from the best of both worlds, with an incredible location that’s on the edge of Dartmoor National Park, with views across the hills, while also being within easy reach of Newton Abbot town centre.

“We’ve been experiencing a huge amount of interest in these exciting new homes already and I would urge anyone who hasn’t yet registered their details to do so without delay – or risk missing out on their perfect property!”

Detailed plans and prices will be made available when the development is officially launched over the Bank Holiday, and home-hunters who register their interest will be kept up to date with details of the launch as soon as they are available.

Hele Park is located on the western fringes of the attractive market town of Newton Abbot, which boasts a wealth of handsome Victorian buildings.

There’s a good choice of high street and independent shops, plus pubs, restaurants and tea shops in the town centre, while leisure facilities include a cinema, a racecourse and a railway museum plus a sports centre with a swimming pool and a fitness suite.

Families will appreciate that there is a choice of schools for children of all ages within easy reach including Canada Hill Primary School, which was rated ‘outstanding’ at its most recent Ofsted inspection, as well as Bradley Barton Primary and Newton Abbot College, which were both rated ‘good’.

Newton Abbot railway station provides direct services to Plymouth, Exeter and London Paddington, while the A38 is approximately three miles away for quick links to Plymouth, Exeter and the M5.

The town also lies within easy reach of the beautiful South Devon coast, including the popular seaside resorts of Torquay and Paignton.
