Discerning house-hunters can now take their pick from the final collection of stunning new homes at Taylor Wimpey’s popular Heritage Park development in Wixams, Bedfordshire.

Property-seekers are moving quickly to snap up their preferred plots at this exciting new community, which enjoys a fantastic location in Lakeview, the first of four villages making up the self-contained, sustainable town of Wixams, three miles south-west of Bedford.

With the very final phase of homes now released for sale at Heritage Park, anyone keen to secure one of the new two, three, four and five-bedroom properties will have to act fast!

Steve Rolt, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “Heritage Park has proved to be incredibly popular with property-seekers in the region, who’ve been keen to call this exciting new community home.

“Now we’ve launched the final selection of homes at the development, I would encourage anyone who is interested in reserving their ideal place to get in touch as soon as possible – or they could find somebody else has beaten them to it!”

Among the new homes now available at Heritage Park are the two-bedroom ‘Saltwell’ starter home, priced from £190,000, a choice of three-bedroom houses from £230,000, four-bedroom designs from £310,000, and the five-bedroom ‘Ashbury’ from £400,000.

The ‘Ashbury’ features a large kitchen/breakfast/family room and a separate dining room, both opening through French doors to the private rear garden, with a lounge, a study, a utility room and a guest cloakroom completing the ground-floor layout.

Upstairs, the first-floor landing leads to an en-suite master bedroom, two further double bedrooms and a main bathroom, while two additional double bedrooms and a bathroom occupy the top floor. Outside, the property benefits from a garage and driveway parking.

All new homes at Heritage Park are completed to a high standard specification, including energy efficient central heating, double glazing and a fitted kitchen with integrated oven, hob and hood.

To make moving even easier and more affordable, Taylor Wimpey offers a range of helpful homebuyer incentives, including Help to Buy and Part Exchange, with full details available from the Sales Executive.

Designs for the new community at Heritage Park draw on the best traditions of Bedfordshire’s market towns and homes will benefit from new shops, community and leisure facilities, schools and employment areas on the doorstep, in addition to 300 acres of sports pitches, parklands and green open space.

A new transport network puts bus stops within comfortable walking distance of the homes, a new railway station will provide quick links to London and nearby towns and cities, and an extensive network of cycleways and paths will make getting around a breeze.

Beyond the town boundaries, the re-aligned A6 and the A421 Bedford southern bypass put the region’s major commuter routes, including the M1 and A1, within easy reach, while those travelling further afield will appreciate that Luton Airport is just 15 miles away.

To find out more about the final phase at Heritage Park, prospective purchasers can visit the Sales Centre, located in Brooklands Avenue, Wixams, Bedfordshire, MK42 6AX, and open daily from 10am to 5pm (Mondays midday to 5pm). Alternatively, visit taylorwimpey.co.uk.
