Home-hunters are invited to enjoy a day out ‘on the farm’ to celebrate the launch of a Taylor Wimpey development at the exciting new community of Ridgeway Farm in Swindon, Wiltshire.

An agricultural-themed launch event with farm animals and a hog roast will be held at Greenfields at Ridgeway Farm on Saturday 16th August, providing plenty of fun for all the family.

Meanwhile, the new showhomes and Sales and Information Centre at West Point at Ridgeway Farm will open to prospective purchasers for the first time on Saturday 9th August.

Stephanie Kehoe, Sales Manager for Taylor Wimpey Oxfordshire, which is building the new homes at Greenfields at Ridgeway Farm, says: “House-hunters should make a date in their diaries for the official launch on site at Ridgeway Farm, where there’s a fantastic choice of homes for savvy property-seekers.

“We’re very much looking forward to the event on 16th August, which promises to be a great day out down on the farm!”

Charlie Joseph, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey Bristol, the developer of West Point, adds: “I would strongly recommend coming along to our launch event on 9th August, when visitors can browse our exceptional range of property designs, as well as experiencing the peaceful location of this eagerly-awaited new neighbourhood.”

There’s a superb selection of new homes now available at Greenfields, including three-bedroom houses from £218,000, and four-bedroom homes from £280,000.

Alternatively, at West Point are two-bedroom houses from £180,000, three-bedroom designs from £218,000, and four-bedroom properties from £265,000.

A short drive from the development is Orbital Shopping Centre, boasting high street names such as Asda, Boots, Next, Marks & Spencer and New Look, while a wider range of shops, bars and restaurants can be found in Swindon town centre.

Leisure facilities nearby include a cinema, a bowling alley and an ice rink at Shaw Ridge Leisure Park, while Mouldon Hill Country Park is close to home. Cotswold Water Park, Cirencester, Malmesbury and the Cotswolds are also within easy reach.
