Leading housebuilder Taylor Wimpey is encouraging home-hunters to act quickly if they hope to seal their move to their perfect property at Oasis in Aylesbury before the end of this year.

Purchasers are wasting no time taking their pick from the fabulous range of homes on offer at this in-demand development, and now just a small number of plots remain available for completion before 2015.

The final selection of 2014 homes includes the three-bedroom semi-detached ‘Wessex’ home, which is priced from just £250,000 and is available with the popular Help to Buy scheme.

Under Help to Buy, eligible first-time buyers and those with a property to sell can secure a 20% Government loan towards the price of their ideal home at Oasis, so they only require a 5% deposit and a 75% loan-to-value mortgage.

Steve Rolt, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We’ve experienced considerable demand for our high-quality homes at Oasis throughout the year and interest is showing no sign of letting up.

“We’re now down to our final few plots for completion in 2014 – so there really is no time to lose for anyone hoping to end the year in the brand new home of their dreams.”

Ideal for couples and growing families alike, the three-bedroom ‘Wessex’ features a spacious lounge/dining room opening through French doors to the private rear garden, with a contemporary kitchen and a guest cloakroom also located off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the landing leads to an en-suite master bedroom, two further bedrooms and a main bathroom, while there’s allocated parking to be found outside.

Alternatively, the four-bedroom ‘Grainsby’ semi-detached home, priced at £310,000, is also available for a 2014 move.

All new homes at the development are completed to the same high standard specification, including energy-efficient central heating, double glazing and fitted kitchens with integrated oven, hob and hood.

Homeowners at Oasis enjoy the best of all worlds – beautiful rolling countryside on the doorstep, market town living and an easy commute to London.

Aylesbury is a bustling town with a host of shopping and leisure opportunities including the Friars Square indoor shopping centre, while the town’s market still meets on the cobbles of the old Market Square, and a new Waitrose supermarket is now open as part of the ongoing Waterside project.

There is a good selection of schools for children of all ages in the town, including three grammar schools and a further education college.

The opening of the Aylesbury Vale Parkway railway station puts the development just one hour from Marylebone station, with trains running twice an hour at peak times, while commuters also enjoy excellent rail links to Oxford and Reading.

To be in with a chance of securing one of the final homes for 2014 completion at Oasis, property-seekers should visit the Sales Centre, located off Prince Rupert Drive, Aylesbury, HP19 9RA, and open daily from 10am to 5pm (Mondays from 12pm to 5pm). Alternatively, visit taylorwimpey.co.uk.
