Shared ownership homes now available at Castleward
Home buyers looking for an affordable route onto the property ladder are invited to find out more about purchasing a home through shared ownership at Castleward in Derby.
A selection of Castleward’s two and three-bedroom homes can now be purchased using shared ownership through Riverside Home Ownership.
Castleward is a £100 million development from Compendium Living, which will see 30 acres of land between Derby city centre and the railway station transformed into a collection of 800 new homes and 16,500 sq ft of commercial space.

“Using the scheme buyers can purchase a 25% to 75% share of their home and pay rent on the remaining share.

Homes available with shared ownership are located on Hope Street and include the two-bedroom Fulwood and three-bedroom Bassett, Shalcross and Chetham-style homes.

Two-bedroom homes are priced from £37,500 for a 25% share.
