Norfolk property-seekers can get a unique insight into life at Taylor Wimpey’s stunning Grosvenor Park development in Attleborough by visiting the newly-launched showhomes.

The leading housebuilder unveiled two superbly-decorated show properties – the four-bedroom ‘Shelford’ detached home and the three-bedroom ‘Flatford’ semi-detached house – on Saturday 23rd August.

These two homes have been beautifully finished by the leading housebuilder’s expert team of interior designers to offer house-hunters a taste of the lifestyle they could be enjoying at Grosvenor Park.

Caroline Carter, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “The ‘Shelford’ and ‘Flatford’ are truly stunning showhomes which provide a tantalising glimpse of what life could be like for purchasers at Grosvenor Park.

“Their elegantly styled interiors have been wowing those who’ve already seen them, and anyone who’s hoping to find their dream home here really should make time to pay us a visit!”

The majestic ‘Shelford’ boasts a generous living room and a light and airy kitchen/dining room opening through French doors to the private rear garden, plus a study and a guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the landing leads to an en-suite master bedroom, three further bedrooms and a main bathroom, while there’s also a double garage with driveway parking outside.

Meanwhile, the ‘Flatford’ features a living/dining room with French doors opening out to the private garden, a kitchen/breakfast room, a guest cloakroom, an en-suite master bedroom, two further bedrooms and a main bathroom.

There’s currently a choice of homes available to buy now at Grosvenor Park, including three-bedroom houses from £189,995 and four-bedroom properties from £274,995.

Grosvenor Park is an exciting development of 375 new homes off London Road, Attleborough, within easy reach of all the amenities of the town centre.

As well as providing much-needed high-quality homes, the development will also include a range of community facilities, including community allotments, green open space and children’s play facilities. New footpaths and cycleways will also be created linking to existing routes.

Families will appreciate there are schools for children of all ages in the town, including Attleborough Infant and Junior Schools, which were both rated ‘good’ in their most recent Ofsted inspections.
