New properties are now on sale in Warrington, with the opening of Morris Homes’ Sandford Village development on Bruche Avenue.

The launch of the site has been much anticipated, with over 1,000 people having signed up to find out more about the types of properties that would be available. Five properties have already been sold and, upon completion, there will be 220 two to five-bedroom properties at the site.

Sandford Village is designed into five neighbourhoods, creating a country-village community, and offers buyers a superb location with stunning landscaped areas, within easy reach of the thriving Warrington town centre.

The Bluebells phase is the first to be launched, and includes a selection of 25 three and four-bedroom family homes, which are priced from £223,750 or £179,000 with Help to Buy. This means that only 5% of the value of the home is needed as a deposit to get onto or move up the property ladder in Warrington.

Chris Minshall, regional sales director at Morris, said: “Sandford Village offers buyers in Warrington the opportunity to live in a quality new home in a superb location. We’ve had huge interest in the site in the lead up to the opening, so it’s not surprising that we’ve already seen the first five properties snapped up.

“There is a wide range of support available for those wishing to purchase a home at the development, including the Government’s Help to Buy scheme. One in three Morris homes are now purchased using the scheme, so we would urge interested buyers to visit the sales team to find out how it could help them reserve their dream home now.”

For more information on the homes and schemes available at Sandford Village, visit the sales office on Bruche Avenue, Warrington, WA1 3EG (open Thursday to Monday 10:30am – 5:30pm), or visit morrishomes.co.uk.
