M&S Bank £125 current account switching incentive exclusively through MoneySuperMarket

From Monday 1st September consumers looking to take out the M&S Bank current account can pocket a £125 M&S gift card when they switch their current account exclusively through MoneySuperMarket.

Commenting on this exclusive switching incentive, Kevin Mountford, head of banking at MoneySuperMarket said: “Following the successful launch of M&S’s current account earlier this year, it is upping the appeal for new customers with a £125 M&S gift card if they switch through MoneySuperMarket. As well as the switching incentive, this account offers other generous benefits including reward points on debit card spend in M&S stores, a competitive overdraft facility and fee free ATM withdrawals abroad.

“While it was revealed by the Payments Council last month that the big four banks still hold the lion’s share of the current account market, competition from new entrants is starting to lure customers away from the lion’s den.

“As always however, before signing up, customers must think about how they use their current account and make sure this one is right for them. Like all banks, M&S Bank offers a dedicated switching service, meaning they will switch all of your regular payments over from your existing current account provider within 7-days.”
