Leading housebuilder Taylor Wimpey has responded to huge interest in its popular Repton Park development in Ashford, Kent, by announcing the release of a fresh collection of stunning new homes.

Savvy property-seekers have been quick to take their pick from the homes available in this sought-after location, with the previous Bosworth Place phase selling out completely earlier this year.

To meet continuing demand, Taylor Wimpey is now gearing up for the launch of a brand new phase at Repton Park – the Monarch Gardens collection – which will be officially unveiled to homebuyers on Saturday 13th September.

Jason Stokes, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We were delighted with the response to our last phase of high-quality homes at Repton Park, which were snapped up very quickly by discerning property-seekers.

“We are now getting ready to unveil our Monarch Gardens collection and I would urge home-hunters to attend our launch day on Saturday 13th September to give themselves the very best chance of securing their pick of the plots.”

The new phase of homes at Monarch Gardens will include a superb selection of one and two-bedroom apartments and two, three and four-bedroom houses, with detailed plans and prices set to be unveiled during the launch weekend.

Taylor Wimpey will also offer a range of helpful homebuyer incentives to suit customers in a wide range of circumstances.

Under the housebuilder’s easymover scheme, for example, purchasers can take their pick from a choice of homes at Monarch Gardens and then let Taylor Wimpey help find a buyer for their current property.

Repton Park lies within easy reach of Ashford’s large range of high street shops, traditional boutiques and bakers, as well as the Bluewater and Lakeside shopping centres. A choice of primary and secondary schools is also located close by.

Good public transport is a vital part of the overall plan for the development, and a new bus service will link the community with Ashford town centre and railway station, with rail connections to central London, Maidstone, Folkestone and to continental Europe.

The new high speed rail link means it is now just a 38-minute journey from Ashford International to St Pancras.

Monarch Gardens will be unveiled at 10am on Saturday 13th September at Repton Park, located in Sir Henry Brackenbury Road, off Templar Way, Ashford. Property-hunters can call the Sales Executive on 01233 220632 to book an appointment and the development will be open daily from 10am to 5pm following the launch.
