Cheshire homebuyers are being encouraged to register their interest in Redrow’s new development of luxury family homes that are coming soon to Macclesfield.

The housebuilder is building 134 homes at its new venture called Mulberry Park in the Tytherington area, just north of the popular market town.

The homes will all hail from Redrow’s Heritage Collection which marries traditional Arts and Crafts architectural design with contemporary, 21st Century interiors and there will be an element of affordable housing to meet local needs.

Redrow has also committed to creating a range of green spaces at Mulberry Park, which will include an outdoor adult trim trail, public garden areas and the creation of several ponds.

Sam Williams, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (NW), said: “We’re expecting high demand for these family homes in Macclesfield so we’d urge potential buyers to register their interest now so they can be first in the queue when the homes become available.

“The homes will all be built with modern living in mind and feature spacious open plan areas and separate formal lounges offering a fantastic balance of family life and personal space. It will be a really great place to be with the green spaces helping to create a homely feel and encourage local wildlife.”

Properties at the venture, named Mulberry Park, will include the four-bedroom Welwyn, complete with integral double garage, and the generously proportioned Marlborough which has five spacious bedrooms and boasts traditional bay windows.

The array of designs will be represented by two fully-furnished, four-bedroom showhomes, the ‘Henley’ and the ‘Richmond’ which will open its doors to the public early next year.

The historic Cheshire market town of Macclesfield provides the best of both worlds, as, on the doorstep to the Peak District it’s surrounded by countryside but also has good access to towns and cities such as Manchester, Stockport, Sheffield and Stoke on Trent.

Building work is due to start soon and prices will be announced when the venture launches in January 2015. In the meantime, buyers can register their interest or find out more by visiting redrow.co.uk/developments/tytherington-macclesfield.
