A Part Exchange weekend arranged by housing developer Lovell at Maes y Deri – its development in Llangynnwr, Carmarthen – is aimed at prospective purchasers with a property to sell.

The event on 13 and 14 September will enable buyers to find out how Part Exchange could help them make a quick and stress-free move to a brand-new four-bedroom Lovell home at the development which enjoys an enviable location, just a mile from the centre from Carmarthen.

“At our special Part Exchange weekend we are aiming - with the help of local estate agents - to be able to give an indicative part exchange offer within 48 hours, which will be subject to a full valuation report. This will effectively provide a guaranteed cash buyer and help avoid the usual stress involved in selling a house,” says Lovell field sales manager Julie Bowen.

“This way you have a trouble-free move without the uncertainty of being in a chain and the worry of a sale possibly falling through. So why not call in and see us to find out more and, providing your own property’s value is no more than £130,000, you could be moving quicker than you thought!”

Part exchange is being offered on Lovell’s Solva and Laugharne four-bedroom house styles at Maes y Deri, which start from £259,995. These attractive detached properties – each with its own garage - would make ideal family homes and would also suit a couple looking for more space.

The Solva’s generous ground-floor accommodation includes a stunning kitchen / diner, with French doors leading to the garden. There is also a separate living room, cloakroom and handy utility room. Moving upstairs, there are four bedrooms (including the master bedroom with ensuite), the family bathroom and a study. The Laugharne offers a ground-floor layout featuring the kitchen / dining room, with French doors to the garden; living room with bay window; cloakroom and utility room. On the first floor, are four bedrooms (including master bedroom with ensuite) and the family bathroom.

As with all Lovell homes, the properties come with the reassurance of a ten-year NHBC warranty.

Close to the Llangynnwr Community Park, Maes y Deri is in a semi-rural location on the edge of a popular residential neighbourhood. The beautiful Carmarthenshire countryside and coastline are easily reached and the development is handily placed for the A40 and A48.

The Part Exchange weekend will take place at the marketing suite at Maes y Deri, Llangynnwr, Carmarthen SA31 2JZ on 13 and 14 September. Opening hours are Monday, 11am to 5pm; Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 5pm and Sunday from noon to 5pm. Alternatively, visit lovellnewhomes.co.uk.
