After two years in the town, developer Linden Homes Midlands is preparing to say farewell to its Bingham residents.

Linden Homes is looking for the last residents to join its ‘family’, with two four-bedroom homes remaining for sale at the 90 – home development.

Both perfect as family homes, built in attractive designs with generous sized rooms, prices range from £289,950 to £299,950 and will be ready to move into before November.

And to help curb the cost of moving and speed up the process for those with an existing property to sell, Part Exchange is available.

Part exchange is quick and easy, with Linden Homes obtaining two independent valuations on an existing property from local agents on your behalf.

Providing both seller and property meet certain criteria, Linden Homes will then make an offer for the existing property, based on the valuation reports by the local estate agents, leaving buyers free to reserve their new dream home.

Here’s how the part exchange scheme works:

Linden Homes will arrange for at least two independent valuations of your existing home and will make you an offer based on their suggestions.

Once you agree the offer, and subject to satisfactory surveys, Linden Homes becomes your buyer, freeing you up to put in reservation on your new home.

After that, it's a case of setting a moving-in date, boxing up your things, and basking in the relief of a quick chain-free move to the home of your dreams.
